  • How can I book a room at your hotel?
    You can book through our website or by calling +34 952 577 171.
  • What types of rooms do you offer?
    We have the following categories available: Classic Room, Basic Comfort, Pool & Garden View and Mediterranean View.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the season. You can cancel from 48 hours to 7 days in advance free of charge if you choose the flexible rate. If, on the other hand, you choose the non-refundable rate, the amount paid will not be returned, and a change of dates is permitted. We recommend that you review the specific conditions during the booking process.
  • How can I modify or cancel my booking?
    If you booked through an agency, you must contact them directly. If your booking was made with us, you can manage it in the "My bookings" section of our website by entering your email and booking reference, or by calling us at +34 952 577 171.
  • How can I pay for my reservation?
    If your rate is flexible, payment for the first night is required at the time of booking and is paid by credit card. The remainder of the stay will be paid upon arrival at the hotel. If your rate is non-refundable, the total stay will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation.
  • Do I need a credit card to book?

    Yes, we offer a free luggage storage service for your convenience.
  • Where can I park my car?
    We have two parking areas available at a cost of €10 per day. Spaces are limited and cannot be reserved in advance. Please check availability at the front desk upon your arrival.
  • How do I get to the hotel from the airport/train station/etc.?
    You can take a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel for +/- €25. You can also use the C1 commuter train to Arroyo de la Miel and walk approximately 20 minutes to the hotel.
  • Do you offer an airport shuttle service?
    Yes, you can book from the Transfers & Experiences section.

    We have free WIFI, buffet restaurant, bar, swimming pool for adults and children, garden, gym, 24-hour reception.

    Accommodation with breakfast and dinner included. Drinks are not included.
  • Do you have a restaurant or bar?
    Yes, we have a buffet restaurant and a bar where you can enjoy a full menu of snacks and drinks.
  • Do you have pool towels available?
    Yes, you can request them at the reception by leaving a €10 deposit per towel until they are returned.
  • What type of cuisine do you offer at your restaurant?
    Mediterranean and international buffet-style cuisine.
  • What type of cuisine do you offer at your bar?
    We offer a snack and food truck service during the season.
  • Is there room service?
    We do not have room service.
  • Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?
    Yes, we have adapted rooms subject to availability. It is necessary to request them expressly before arrival.
  • What does each room type include?
    All rooms have individual air conditioning, WIFI, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, minibar/fridge, kettle, television, towels, bed linen and basic amenities. Basic Comfort rooms do not have a terrace, the rest do.
  • Are there rooms with sea/mountain/etc. views?
    We have Pool & Garden View and Mediterranean View rooms available. For more information regarding supplements, you can consult directly at reception.
  • What type of beds do the rooms have?
    Most rooms have two 90 cm single beds. We also have some rooms with a double bed, subject to availability.
  • Are there an iron and ironing board in the room?
    We do not have irons in the rooms for safety reasons. The hotel offers laundry and ironing services.

    Type F sockets.
